Re: fuel pump replacement??

Just wanna give you a little advice... there's an easy way to change the pump, if it's not like " a collectible car" . I've done it this way with a 85 supra and a 85 celica too. I cutted the metal in the trunk, with metal scissors. Starting where there's the 3 screws holding the pump plate. Then you take the pump off and you place your new hoses. Stick it back and that's it. You repair the trunk the way you want. I know it's kinda crappy job... but it's that or you get the fuel tank off... and since it's there since 1985... good luck to put it back there after !
