Waste of money.  Look at the intake path of the engine.  There's no way that making the air spin at the thottle-body is going to still have it spinning by the time it reaches the valves.  And adding turbulence is adding restriction, which is what most upgrades try to reduce.  Why else would ridged rubber hoses be replaced by mandrel-bent aluminum pipe?  Why would crush-bent exhausts be replaced with mandrel-bent systems?

You always have to be VERY skeptical of infomercial products.  The info given is given by the company that makes the item!  Even claims of "independent tests" are highlighting the best portions of the test results & ignoring anything that doesn't make their product look good.
