You'll have a tough time finding lowering springs for your Celica.  Eibach has discontinued their Celica springs.  You can occasionally find them on eBay.  You can sometimes find Koni lowering springs on eBay or at ClassicGarage.com.  

You can also have Coil Spring Specialties make you a custom set of springs.  They've made springs for other Celica owners, so they have specs already.
