Celica Electrical Problem

I recently installed some led windsheild wiper lights (friend gave me them for free) i was hooking them up to the turn signals and i may have touched the wrong two wires together. for the corner lights there are three wires, one ground and 2 positive (one headlight one turn signal) i put both wires together experimenting , have done this before with civic and never had any trouble , and when i turned on the turn signal all the lights, instrument panel, taillights, both corner lights flashed. i then removed the wires apart and put them back in the original place. now whenever i turn my headlights on only the headlights themselves come on, the instrument panel, tailights, corners dont work with headlights on. turn signals/hazards work/tailights/reverse lights/. need help on info. i checked all fuses that i know of , one under the dash drivers side, 2 boxes under the hood. 89 celica. need help! not sure what to do. need info!
