'83 GT-S and '85 GT-S

First, my rear tires bow out(opposite of what a VW's looks like), but no mechanics have a clue how to fix(camber? suspension? shocks?) the problem. I would appreciate anyone coming up with a possible solution or suggestion. Also, have an '85 that I can part out, including the motor. Can an '85 front clip be rigged to fit an '83? I mashed mine. Thanks, everyone!!
