Turbo for 3SFE?

I've newly acquired '87 Celica GT with new/used JDM 3SFE. Craving turbo power. Anyone with knowledge of creating a turbosystem for ST162 with 3SFE engine, with an eye toward entering the 2003 Grass Roots Motorsports $2003 Challenge? I have about $900 worth of budget remaining, and I'll need some of that for suspension and tires. Don't laugh-it can be done! Check out grassrootsmotorsports.com
