4-wire sensor is heated (2 wires) w/ a reference ground for the O2 signal (other 2 wires).  I expect there are 1 white, 2 black and one other (green?). The 2 that are the same color are the heater, which you don't have to wire up, or you can wire to a relay controlled by the IGN circuit.  Polarity of these 2 doesn't matter.

The remaining 2 should be spliced to the old connector from your bad O2 sensor, then plugged into your car's plug.
