The digital cluster is not a direct swap. The speedometer is cable driven and does connect right up to the speedo cable. The electrical plugs are not wired the same and some are different. Its a direct fit into the celiac dash. The digital dash can be wired to fit into the celica if you have the electrical plugs from the donor supra and are willing to cut your excising harness. You will need to obtain wiring diagrams for both cars and figure out what wire controls what and than connect it to the plugs appropriately.
