If you just want a daily driver with good get up, go for exhaust (just adding 2.25" piping and a high flow cat will help you muchly), Intake (get a K&N E-2487 and cut a hole in the stock air can, like this:

Then get either the engbldr cam from ebay (search for 22RE, it's there) or get a TRD Stage 2 (it's really made by Crane Cams, so get theirs, it's probably cheaper)
The stage 2 will give you a bit more power, but is a bit harder to tune around. I'm having a few troubles getting the miss out myself.
