that's odd.  Try contacting Toysport. www.toysport.com.  They list a couple of different kits there and sell them seperatly.  Classicgarage.com list a vestec front a/d for the celica, but when asked if it fit the GTS, thier reply was "we dont think it will work with the flares".  It's unfortunate because it is the one I like the most and it only $100.  E-mail me and keep me updated on your situation, it's pretty interesting.
