OK! There are four drain ports for the sunroof, one at each corner of the sunroof, it these get pugged up then water will find its way into the car. Most times its either in the rear sides of the car where the jack is located and the other spot is the front seat belts get wet when its rains.
Also your windsheild seal may have given up the ghost and is now leaking.
