Yes, sometimes the doors seem to lock when ever they want. Some have it while driving other while closing the door. I assume you are talking about the drivers door. If so, there is a relay in there that has could be causing the problem provided there are no loose/shorted wires you can see. Check for wiring problems then tap on the relay to see if it causes the problem. If so you may have to replace it.
