7M could work, they are heavy though. If you can go JDM you might get a 3TGTE, those can be made to do ~400 hp and still keep the handling stock. a 1UZ-FE (4 litre V8) could probably put down lots of power, and it's all aluminum so it doesn't weigh much more than a 22RE.
