The turn signals sound like relays or fuses.. maybe the switch, but that's pretty beefy. For the headlights it's most likely a fuse, but there are a couple relay boxes you can check too... Go to the new forums and ask, they can help you more. http://66.223.106.32/celicaforums/index.php?act=idx
