there are a couple bushings in the shift lever that can be replaced, you should be able to get them at a dealership, not sure on the #'s though.. for those seats you're just gonna have to go to a junkyard. Any seat out of a second gen (82-85) supra, 3rd gen GTS (82-85) or mk3 supra (86-92) will work.
Make sure you lube em up before you put it together
