currently the only headers available for the celica are made by toysport, although they haven't actually made em yet.. Doug thorley used to make headers for our cars, but stopped not too long ago.
As for the bigger valves, they compliment the stage 2 cam nicely, and the EFI will adapt to them without any trouble.. You may want to get an A/F gauge and tune your AFM though ( ask on the new forums about that... link is on the main page)
