Follow this link.
I did it (easier than i thought) and it only cost me, 25 universal Shift Knob,
40(i needed a boot since i converted from auto to manual i wanted a nice new leather shift boot)
These Parts from Toyota (Toyota of san bernardino is where i went)
part numbers (special order)
33548 Green Gasket 4.29
33505 White Bushing 10.15
Works Great, Shift feels tighter, and the knob is lower.
