Nearly any 2xR exhaust gasket I can think of has rings or something to properly seal the air-injection ports.  Whether they're used or not doesn't matter.  Tho my Thorley isn't flat across the mounting flange.  The welds around the primary tubes protrude slightly (~1mm?) above the flat surface of the flange.  I've never had a problem w/ the air-injection ports causing an exhaust leak.
