swaping 4afe automatic to 3gtse

is it possible to change a 4afe engine to a 3gtse and adapt to the 4afe stock transmission im in a tuner town and have to compete with hondas, 350Z, 2000+ celicas,plus a slew of classic cars every neon you can imagine and turbos everywhere in need turbos and cant stand this 1.6 any more want the 2.0 turbo or 2.2 from my generations 91 celica rally car is this possible please respond?
