There isn't any need to replace your fuel injectors unless they have failed (VERY uncommon) or are insufficient for the actual horsepower your engine is (going to be) producing.
Injectors allmost never fail. They just get dirty and cloged. You can have the injectors serviced to bring them to like new condition. I recommend PRT injection (look in the links section) for injector servicing. Injectors can be tested and cleaned. Balanced if you have a few extras. Also there are four replacable pieces on each injector. A screen up top, an o-ring at the fuel rail connection, a plasic spacer and a pintle cap. All should be replaced when the injectors are serviced. Expect to pay around $100 US for four injectors.
If you are planning further mods to your engine then it would be a good idea to upgrade to 210cc/min injectors out of a 4A-GE. If you are going to leave the engine stock don't bother changine flow rates.
Oh, BTW... Don't expect a fuel milage increase from servicing injectors. And expect a minor decreas if upgrading to larger injectors.
