It might be that your relay is stuck or your switch is bad. Take a volt meter and find the relay and see if voltage is coming in on the turn on wire. If there is no voltage then the relay is stuck, if there is then you will have to trace the wire back to the switch to make sure it isnt shorting on another 12v source
