You need to get the Toyota Tach signal adapter from MSD, I don't know the part number on it.. See, the Toyota ECU needs a tach signal from the coil to know that it's turning, and the signal that comes from the coil stock is weird and spikey, where the MSD puts out a smooth signal that the ECU can't work with, and doesn't fire the injectors. *This Is Not The Signal That Goes To The Tach In Your Dash!!!!*
