AFM

ok i know this is a celica form but you guys seem to know a few things. I have an 86 22re 4runner and want to get a better flowing AFM. i read on here that the 82 supra has a larger AFM and is a direct swap but im not sure if that means a direct swap to my ECU. any help? thanks.
