Replacing fuel pump is not an easy thing. As a matter of fact it is quite a dangerous undertaking because your dealing with high pressure fuel line. And gasoline is highly flammable. Even if your mechanically inclined I would still recommend you to think it twice before you start the work.

As far as fuel filter, that thing is a PITA to reach and removed. I am not trying to discourage you from your DIY quest to repair your car, but just be aware of what's in store for you.

One last thing PLEASE ALWAYS use Toyota Genuine parts. They last longer and perform better.
