It should plug and play, but to get the extra flow you are looking for, install an upper plenum from a 89 to 94 and have the thottle body opened up. The plenum will retro fit with minor mods and you will transfer your T/P sensor.  Do this before adding a 82 Supra AFM, or install tri-y headers and 21/4" exhaust, the most cost effective and first to consider mod. It would be the best 'bang for the buck' with the excepting of one other mod. Changing back to stock tires if you're running 31's is a guarrentteed way to get power and much better braking out of the truck. And new rubber is a good thing.
