CLOSER PIX OF HEAD & BLOCK

ok... here's a pick of my 83 block
 and here's a closer pick of the 85 head

please verify once more that it will not work. I have a mechanic who says it will. if you notice on the head.. the cyliner port area has been shaved here and there to accomodate for the 83 piston head. I know I know... it won't work, but please tell me again so that I may tell him.
