First thing just take it for a test drive. That will tell you most of what you are looking for. Some know trouble spots are rust developing in the fender walls, hatch and a couple other areas. Asside from that these are great cars.
I have never been dissapointed in my car, but I have had to fix several things. (See: mods page). But everything I have had to fix is considered basic car maintainence.
