Shiiiiiit, a flat head and about 10 seconds of prying will have that bushing right out. The jb weld tends to crumble quite easily in this application. After running this product since 2011? I've found it's best not use any sort of locating agent and just let the bronze bushing rest in place. I've even reproduced it for myself now that I have access to a lathe, sorry Billy! I only made the bronze piece since mine had excessive wear after quite a lot of abuse.... But for everyone else who can't make one this kit is definitely the way to go!
Edit: just looked back at this thread and noticed people had issues when not applying adheasive when I seem to have the opposite experience. Very interesting indeed...
