Many of you have heard reference to "The Famous Corner".
Here's the story and pictures.

09/22/07 - This was the first time ever PDX Meet @ Bob & Zoomy's.

We had a2ndop, celicaturtle, shonuff, Teranfirbt, zipty842 & zoomy (Alphabetical).
This was when we met up at the Oregon Zoo parking lot and Tyler's (zipty842) hose blew up.
(Remember that?!)

Anyway, this picture - Derek (Teranfirbt) & Tyler leaving the meet - It was nothing then, but it started it all.

Since Derek comes over often, we noticed that every time he goes around the corner,
he doesn't use brakes.

Just in general - most people use brakes when they get to the corner without thinking,
but Derek never used his brakes so it was "unusual" (?) not a common reaction - I should say.

Since Derek, Bob & I talked about it long enough, we actually did this one on purpose
(not like Derek ever used his brakes here anyway). So I took picture of it.

This is the official first "The Famous Corner" picture - performed by Teranfirbt (Derek)

So, everytime someone comes over, we talk about going around the corner without brakes.
Now everyone has started to doing that and I've been taking
"the corner no brakes" pictures ever since.

Then I named it "The Famous Corner". Ever since then,
whenever we have a meet or someone comes by,
especially for the first time, I try to get a picture of them.

So here we are, going around the famous corner!

Yes, of course, I remember that you were there.

That's the day - 12/22/07 - we first met,

but we never talked.

You passed the test Sweetheart, but for some reason,

I didn't receive anything on 12/22/08 - our first anniversary...
