My Mom used to think the same way....Now things are different, since she can get my discounts, and get some real help when she goes to a shop to get some work done. I had 3 people fired from GM, by making a phone call, and showing the bogus work orders, that she got charged $25.00 a piece for, and problems where  they were still not fixed. :D
