K&N filter, bah I'm not spending $36 for 1hp, heh
with my airbox cut open like that, it lets the engine suck in enough air. Believe me, my engine has some MAD vaccuum, and the Fram filter can't suppress it all. I got my hand sucked up into the AFM once!
I won't go with an open air filement either, I hear they make a whistling noise, I don't want that. With my current setup, the engine growls at WOT
I'm looking into getting a RabidChimp intake soon to replace that crappy plastic, then I might build a custom carbon fiber airbox w/ holes

actually, you see the air filter in that picture of mine? That's a Fram air filter with about 15,000 miles on it so far, still clean
 :D
about my wheels, they're actually in good condition, but because I have warped rotors that need replaced, I have sever brake dust. I polished the wheels a few months ago, and I wash my car usually once a week. Looks like they need polished again

That's why Ebay is so handy. They have all kinds of cold air induction, and filter kits. You just need to find a dutch auction, with a low starting bid, or find one with reasonable shipping, and low reserve. ;)

Nah I don't have time for Ebay, only thing I ever got off Ebay was a nice brass Supra keyring that I've had for 3 years now.
Ebay takes too much time, waiting for shipping, waiting for the auction to end, etc. etc....

I may be attempting to build my own airbox with carbon fiber to keep the heat out, and may upgrade to a different filter as I see necessary.
right now there's nothing wrong w/ my current filter

If you do a custom CF airbox, don't be greedy. Share the pics. Maybe do a write up. :D
