This guy's an ebay seller, the one I bought my coilovers for my civic from. Got the kit (after the seller dicked around for 6 days before shipping it), and one springs had too small of a diameter. Let him know about the issue 5/26, 6/1 he finally tells me he's going to ship another spring that day. Never gets here. Send him messages, 6/11 and 6/14, no response. 6/17 I filed a claim with ebay. Currently working with ebay to try to get a refund, but in order to do that I've got to rip the sleeves off all 4 struts (and they're on there pretty snug with the o-rings) to ship the fucking things back.

Important lesson learned: when buying shit from ebay, always check to make sure it's all right, and when it's not all right that the seller will actually fix it, before installing it.

EDIT: Oh, and if you ever need to contact DropZone for warranty support, don't bother. They don't have a website, and their contact info isn't available ANYWHERE. :wall:

it could be worse you could have lost your money and got nothing. ebay is nice but every once and a while you get burned.
