Transaction was... sketchy... but it was totally all to do with border customs and not the buyer. A++++ to sharkbyte427 for putting up with all of it and dealing with the customs people.
Not to Canadian buyers... get the actual value put on the shipment and pay the duties when it comes over the boarder. It makes it WAY easier, and they don't hold your parts for a month that way. If the value is close to $20 but just over.... then bring it down to $20 to avoid customs. They might get suspicious if you have a $100 item valued at $20 though, fyi.
