Hey you all! Haven't posted in a really long time! Thought I'd fill you in with some of these pics I've had from the past couple months till now, the car really is nothing like it used to be, enjoy!

And here's a quick time lapse of the car since she first landed at my house in 2007.

2007 when we first got her for $200 and a non running engine, Dad got it for me as a surprise b day present and first project car when I was 13


2009 when we got her a new motor, soon after in 2010 I got my license and started driving her.

couldn't help but chuckle about you getting your car in 2007, as mine has been parked since that time... :/

Next up are sway bars and LSD! Then the car is pretty much done, might throw a t25 on and low boost it down the road, I have the parts already

They are rebranded stoptech disks with their own slot design, they work extremely well, and are a good price to boot.

The discs bolt to the back side of the hub, and the disc bolt pattern is 4x100.

your celica is done right and I really like it.  It's one of the nicest I have ever come across.

By the way can you I ask you some question about your wheel / tire set up?

What size are those Shakotan and what tire size are you running?
Did you need to mod the fender (roll, pull) to get those to fit?

Again your car just looks gorgeous

Bump for s3cf's reply. Since this thread got bumped up, I was able to see the pic of your GT with the Shakotans. It looks awesome. Would also like details of the wheel specs. I want to see if I can get Hayashis with similar offset/size for my '84 GT.

Also, regarding your Megan AE86 coilovers, based on your pics, it looks like you didn't lower the shock mounting point on the rear axle. I thought I had read somewhere that you had to lower the shock mounting points to accommodate the longer AE86 rear shock?

Hey there, the Shakotans were 15x8, 0 offset with 205/50-15 sized tires. I rolled the front and rears just so I wouldn't have to worry about rubbing and I run -2 degrees of camber on the front. And thanks!

for the front with 15x8 +0, how much clearance you have from the strut / suspension? 

reason for the question is that I would like to know if I will rub the front strut/suspension running 15x8.5 +15

appreciate your help in advance
