Silver 1985 Celica GT-S 5 speed modified with;
- 1UZ-FE from a 1992 Lexus SC400
- Xcessive Manufacturing W58 adapter and engine mounts
- 1994 Lexus LS400 bellhousing
- ACT stage 2 3S clutch
- lightweight (9lb) custom cut flywheel
- Front AE86 25mm anti-swaybar
- Rear Addco 20mm anti-swaybar
- Cusco strut bar
- Rear TSC rear suspension brace

Man it sounds good, better than mine does. Id love to put mine on the dyno one of these days.

The motor makes peak power around 5,500? I figured it would make power way higher! Maybe some port work and some cam? or cams? I bet you could see 250hp at 6200 rpm. Which is likely where mine is at hp wise but a bit more torque from the extra cubic inches.

Rev limit Sirdan :( . The guys who dyno'ed it said that if I could unleash this Naturally Aspirated 1UZ to get to 9000 RPM's it could give about 390 - 400 hp.

I'm sure that's not everything to it. Head work, cams, breathing mods, exhaust would all help.

Even at that power still beautiful. If only the rev limiter was removed. But either way awesome and silky smooth. Still freaking impressed when you drove by at TORC at low speed the day of your swap and I thought "so quiet, bummer, must have not completed the swap" but damn! It's just that smooth.

See, I had a pretty good chance to get one for nothing, found a 90 ls400 with a blown trans, guy only wanted $250 for it!

Wheels are XXR 532's 16x8 with 0 offset, tires are 215 50 R16
