Can't Start a New Topic in For Sale Forum

Hello-

I have tried twice now to begin a new topic/thread and post a car for sale.  I haven't received any error messages when attempting to post, but I don't see my new post listed, either.  Is there something different I need to be doing to get my car listed for sale?
