they only did the box flares on the back of that one

That engine was tucked far back into firewall. Also had both bumpers tucked and tall tires.

I liked this car simply because it's a home brew rally car. It's not pro level, and none of the mk3's that see track time get any exposure. It's little wonder why people still think we drive Deloreans, or go "I remember when I had one of these in high school" or even worse, when the dick at the track day says "yeah, the Celica didn't really go anywhere did it?"

I want to just tuck the rear on mine. I like the way the front looks on our cars, but I wouldn't kick that car out of my garage!
