Currently listening to 'Shadow of a Soul' by Godsmack. If you've read or watched Dexter (or both) and like heavier music, give it a try.

I think if we went to the same high school we'd be trading music all day, lol. I used to listen to Godsmack, Disturbed, Deftones, etc. a lot in the late 90's and early 00's.

edit: btw I have your recommendation of Shadow of a Soul right now in loop.

Hah I still listen to them. I also like Lacuna Coil, Evanescense, Foo Fighters., Metallica etc.

When I first heard Shadow of a Soul I wondered if Dexter was an inspiration for it. It fits Dexter to a 'T'.

One of the first CDs I ever bought was Godsmack, and I liked Disturbed as well. I haven't listened to them in years, and right now I'm wondering why.

I'm liking Dance with the Dead as well. I guess I need to make another Pandora station, or maybe buy some CDs.

I haven't listened to Lacuna Coil, but Evanescence, Foo Fighters and Metallica are all pretty legendary. Now time to look at Lacuna Coil, thanks

Yea, kind of same here. Disturbed - Droppin' Plates became the song I'd listen to while playing games like Counter Strike (when it was still basically a mod :heh:)

Lacuna Coil is a band that I like all songs on all discs. They have a unique dynamic of having a male and female vocal lead which they use interchangeably and in the same songs. Also when you go from album to album you can also clearly hear the music evolve.    ;)

Edit: Damn emojis aren't showing up properly.

Brain is fried from all nighters, but still gotta work. Vaporwave is a decent middle ground for jazz/funk/electronic so it's upbeat, but don't give me a headache.

Current listening to this https://youtu.be/5s3HfIuof38

Not really watching the vid, but it's a nice mix for work for me right now. Especially when Moe Shop - Superstar  track comes on.

Good song, yeah I wouldn't recommend the vid either, had to bleach my eyes after seeing the bosozoku Supra... along with all the other cars with wheels that didn't quite fit.

You love the shakotan look don't ya? :heh:

Listening to Future Funk, fast pace enough for me to keep working, but not brutal since I'm a bit under the weather and more aggressive music will give me a headache.
