Motor mounts?????

I have a question what size motor mounts. Excessive manufacturing told me they have to custom fab me a set of 3.4mm spaced mounts because the ones they sent me the series 10 did not fit my mounts. what are the motor mount spacing for these cars?

Rich@xcessive should already know what you need. This swap has been done by some guy here in Portland. And by several Cressida, and first gen celica here in Portland. I've personally seen them at the xcessive compound.

I actually tried talking to rich he said he had to "custom fab new ones because it didn't line up with the stencil I gave him he told me the series 10 would fit but the just don't fit on my motormount frame

Ya goofed up somewhere. (Slight chance xcessive goofed too). Where did you get those diagrams for the mounts? Did you use the blueprints that RWDfreak made?

Did you ever get an update from rich? My last email from him was 3/10. He said they were working on getting a third gen celica in the shop to mock up the engine and see why the mounts aren't working.

yeah they shipped the new motor mounts im going to do the 1uzfe timing belt and water pump before i drop in the motor next week

Same here. If 2fast got mounts in the mail, I'd bet they are the wrong like the ones we got.

they modified the mounts i sent back and just drilled a longer hole with alittle bit of trimming it drops right in perfectly

They have not returned the last ten emails I have sent. I have not heard from them since 3/10/17.

gah sorry guys i was down in la so i was a busy the last week i was arranging a funeral for my grandpa but i will update you guys when i get back on sunday dropping in the motor.
