So these where some mock up mounts I was working on. Where I have it sitting it clears all the power steering lines. This way you don't have to cut the bell housing or engine at all. However I'm not super happy with the oil pan being so low. So I'm currently changing the mounting. More to come soon.

I'll be interested to see how it get it positioned.  I moved it all over the place and still had a hard time finding room for the PS rack (also didn't cut the bell housing or pan) - with the manual rack, I was able to get rid of the subframe spacers.  It seemed like if I could move the engine back another 1-2" (or move the rack forward an inch), there'd be plenty of space for the PS rack (w/ subframe spacers).  The problem with that was clearance for the heater core pipes (I kept the heater) and room for the shifter (although, several products available now allow you to move the shifter further front on the trans than I did at the time).

Corax you are definitely the pioneer here. Without the newer shifter relocation kits it would be a pretty big pain. I switched my schedule at work now so every Sunday I'll be working on it. I would like to take off the spacers and see what I can get fit. The big plan is to have minimum permanent modifications. The guys at xcessive sent me a pair of ra2x beams brackets. I'm going to see what works. I am pretty confident I will have the mounts done before the end of the month. With power steering in it's current spot the back of the engine comes close to the lines. I considered going to manual for a few reasons but finding a core for rebuid or a unit in this area has proven difficult.

I had a radiator modified for the swap. Its based off the Celica st165 so it has plenty of capacity for the future turbo.

The mount so far. It will use factory mounting location and factory radiator mounts. Since I have an st165 that's why I used a lot of parts from it. Stuff was readily available.

The new radiator in place. It's solid and there are no hood clearance issues. The beams easily fits without contact. I will try and find a photo. The big update on this radiator is you will notice both the inlet and outlet on the radiator are relocated to the driver side.

Where the support mounts to the factory radiator location. These are strut bushings and washers.
