Ah ok. Should still be a lot of fun. If I remembered correctly the 5th gens were the lightest of the Celicas, at least the ST Model was, something around 2200lbs.

I think you might be mixing up the Altrac version with the Vert, the vert should be around 2600~2700 lbs?

Because of the convertible conversion from coupe, adds almost 400 lbs.

My 85 weighs 3200.  I did find and article the 91 is 2850.

I see. I didn't realize how heavy the vert were.

Interestingly enough, 4 wheels will stay off the ground with 3 jack stands.  That is how stiff the body is.
