I have a '76 Celica GT Liftback (RA29), that I am planning on restoring in the next year or so. I bought this car in 1978, and have kept it ever since. It's in rough shape from sitting around with a cover on it, but it's all there.

I had a chance to buy a '76 liftback 10 years ago for under 2k, the interior was destroyed (rot, fade, blah) and I still regret not buying it.

Yea same here about AE86s Only I saw good condition ones for like 5K, but back in 2002 I was thinking "that's too expensive for an old car" And stuck to the Celicas.
