Hello there!
« on: Mar 28, 2018, 02:59:58 pm »
I have a '76 Celica GT Liftback (RA29), that I am planning on restoring in the next year or so. I bought this car in 1978, and have kept it ever since. It's in rough shape from sitting around with a cover on it, but it's all there.
Hoping to make some good contacts here.

Warm wishes from South Florida!
Jack

Welcome to the forums! Love those 1st Gen Lift backs. It's a shame they were only available for a short time.

I had a chance to buy a '76 liftback 10 years ago for under 2k, the interior was destroyed (rot, fade, blah) and I still regret not buying it.

Yea same here about AE86s :heh: Only I saw good condition ones for like 5K, but back in 2002 I was thinking "that's too expensive for an old car" And stuck to the Celicas.
