84 Celica gt

I'm In the second owner bought it last year drove less then 1k. Has new front calipers, rotors, pads. Only 84k original miles. 22re automatic. Interior in good shape. Has typical rear wheel well and rocker panel rust. Purchased it to daily drive but think the rust needs attention before it gets too bad. Would like to keep it as project but fear I'll never have time or funds. 1800 takes it
