Brakes are always the bane of the endurance car... Pad selection has a lot to do with rotor life, a lot of race pads are very aggressive on rotor life :\
Any video from your race? Also for brakes have you thought about using 350Z track rotors? They would fit with the 300Z calipers, just have to space them further out for the 12.76" rotors.
