Hazard/Turn Signal Switch - '83 RA65

I broke the tab off on my hazard/turn signal switch while dissembling the steering wheel chasing a different electrical issue.  I'm trying to re-attach the tab but it's not going well and without it I can't signal left or right.  Without this I can't pass inspection and the car is now stuck in my garage while I scramble to replace this part.  I tried to purchase it from ToyotaPartsEStore.com but the cancelled the order 2 weeks after it was placed.  I have the part number as #8433214100 and I have some photos below.

Thanks, I bought some fresh super glue and that is actually holding the thing together quite well.  Which is great because this part does not seem to exist anywhere.

HELLO, I just ran across your request, I have one of those but its the Tokairika type, part# 84332-19105, you have the Matsushita type part # 84332-14100, both are listed as correct for your vehicle, the one I have is still attached to the combo switch unit(from a 1984 GT-S and is different) but Im willing to part it out if you like.
