Just wanna see how many people have a drag car in this forum, currently building my Celica as a drag car. Don’t see many of them at drag strips or in any drag form, anyone ? City, Car, set up and time you’re running ?

Doesn’t seem like anyone really does with these cars  I know there some drift purpose ones but hardly see any drag “purpose” cars here or builds. I am having fun putting mine together and hoping the 7M can get me mid 12’s. It’s built besides cams and it needs some porting for the head but other than that it’s stock turbo, exhaust, intake, Ecu (plus a piggy back I am gonna add), etc. if there any drag Celicas out there can’t wait to meet all of you and your builds one day!!

Mine is setup for drag,havnt made a pass yet as iam currently building the motor stronger. So far its a 22r, dual weber dcoe45s,ported 22r head lce stage 5 valves,dual valvesprings,chromoly retainers, delta stage 3 280degree cam,crank scraper arp studded block/head, lce 12.5.1 pistons h beam rods,msd 6al box/2step launch control, electric fuel pump with regulator. Shorty header to fender dump exhaust completely gutted car and i have a direct port nitrous kit but have not put any juice to it yet as iam waiting for my rods/pistons and a o2 bung for my wide band,solid mpunts and tranny mount short shifter forget the brand but they are out of austrailia. 14x7 rear wheels 225/50/14 r888 toyos fronts are m/t skinnys
