Speaker sizes? Dual front?
« on: Nov 17, 2019, 10:17:10 am »
Hi everyone,
I started my beams swap and while I'm waiting on parts I'm upgrading some other stuff. Pulled the glove box and noticed it has a 2.75-3.5 in speaker and right below is a 4 inch speaker.
UFABET
Any ideas guys? Oh as far as the swap I will be making a big post when I have more done.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and for any guidance that you can give me.

Some of these 3rd gen Celicas had a fancy-for-the-80s stereo setup that included a 4 inch "woofer" below the glovebox.  No modern head unit will have channels to drive that unit, you can take it out to save weight or leave it in for genuineness.  I fit 3.5" speakers in the stock lower dash locations without a problem.
