Light Weight Battery Options?
« on: Mar 14, 2020, 07:53:56 pm »
Hey Guys,

I need to replace my 83 GTS's battery I and thought now would be a good time to grab a light weight battery and relocate everything to the trunk. Does anyone have any recommendations for light weight batteries?

How light do you want to go? I've heard really good things about the Battery Tender lithium iron phosphate batteries, but you'll need a couple in parallel to have enough capacity unless you charge them daily. Odyssey is what everyone gets for lead acid, but that's a bigger gamble on not having enough juice in the morning than lithium.
