Manual gas pedal extension

Hey all, does anyone have any ideas on a good way to make/buy some gas pedal extensions? It's very difficult to heal-toe due to having pretty big feet, and the gas pedal itself in my car sits 2-3 inches or so lower than the rest of the pedals, so it's quite difficult to adjust from brake to gas even in normal driving. I've tried to just find ways to just adjust around it, but I just want to make driving easier and smoother. Any help would be great!

I took the pedal on my Tercel out and bent it back a little to fix that problem

Even in the Miata world, we bend the gas pedal a bit for such issues.

Well I guess that works lol. I'll try it out when I get some time and update on how it went.
