GTS drivers headrest, UP and Down???

I have GTS seats, the passenger headrest goes up and down but the drivers side doesn't want to. I want to raise the headrest because its at my neck not my head. Anyone know if it meant to go up and down???? How do I fix this?????

Mine seems tilt adjustable only, no up or down.

I take it back!
My 'gts' seats do have vertical adjustment.
Check right below the headrest, inboard side of cutout.

Both GTS Recaros' seats have the vertical head restraint adjustment, but my driver's side one was similarly stuck. Not sure why.

So, I was able to get the headrest to slide up. But I doesn't seem to ratchet and lock in the up position. I think it will stay up, but just not locking.
